Privacy and receipts
You do not need an account to send a note. Your note, optional area, messages, and receipt are stored so one reviewer can read and reply. Leave out names and identifying details unless you want to share them.
Your receipt is the key to your conversation. Anyone with it can read replies and send messages. Keep it private. A lost receipt cannot be recovered.
Short-lived, keyed security counters help prevent abuse. They expire automatically and do not store your IP address as plain text. Hosting and network providers process connection information to deliver and protect the service. This site does not use analytics or third-party fonts.
Notes remain until removed by the site administrator. Encrypted database backups are retained for seven days. Reviewer sign-in uses a session cookie; sending a note does not require that cookie.
This service is not monitored for emergencies. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
